I am willing to make a deal: You and I can do a grinding thread, in which You can keep all the Mat gains from monsters killed and I keep the col. I mainly suggest this because while I grind by myself, Solos suck ass

You might be thinking about the old system, where you would've been right. Back then, the enhancement cap for evasion used to be 2 across all equipment. But it does stack up to 3 now, yes.

I knew about the stacking to three. I just wasn't aware that equipment stacked at all.

Unique skills are partially on halt except for the already gained ones. Staff's main focus right now is to finish the development and then the release of 3.0.
unique skills revamp are on the to-do list after that.

so except for the US already gained by players, none are available.
