Japan, so Kadokawa blocked it for copyright. It's literally the only one as it literally follows that entire episode exactly, with some comedy side part that make it slightly less to the original.
Anyway, I could go on a huge rant on how that is, but I'm not. I watched the episode, and laughed at what I could, but realized lore wise, everything was the same.
