  1. Her wait hadn't lasted nearly as long as she'd been expecting. The younger player had stepped out and into view just as Nari received another notification. She barely glanced at it, opening it only to clear away the hovering icon, before stepping towards the other player. She watched as NIGHT grabbed the NPC required to start the quest, before moving towards the scene unfolding before them. Nari remained quiet, letting the girl interact with the NPC - seemingly distracted in thought and following through with what appeared to be reactionary actions. As the NPC explained the presence of Lilith,
  2. The words had entirely passed over Nari's head as they had begun to set up the various foods and beverages that Onora had packed for the excursion. She'd just turned to eye out their swimming spot, when her mind caught up to what Onora had said aloud. For a few seconds, Nari felt herself staring out at the water, her face flushed and her mind screeching to a halt as she tried to process everything. Slowly, her face void of any expression, she turned back to face the blonde. "Uhm...what?" Her voice seemed to shake slightly, as if her entire body had forgotten how to work properly. At some
  3. Nari found herself standing and staring at the waterfall and surrounding area for a few moments, taking it all in. She'd never been to this portion of the floor - in fact, as far as she could remember, she'd barely explored the sixth at all. She'd had no idea that locations such as the one before her could even exist, and she found herself once more shocked with the beauty that could be found in the death game. "Are you just going to stand there all day, or are you coming?" Onora had already moved a few dozen steps into the main area, holding out a hand back towards Nari. The blonde wore
  4. Nari took a small look around the living area as they entered, noticing that it appeared ever so slightly different from the last time she'd had a glimpse - not that she'd been inside and capable of seeing exactly what it looked like. She had to admit, however, that it appeared homely. In a way, it felt like an extension of Oji himself, as if the man had displayed his very soul and being into the home. I wonder if the same is true for all of our homes...and if so, what does ours say about Onora and I? She wasn't entirely sure, but she knew that one of the two of them would be considered a neat
  5. She breathed a sigh of relief as the shards glittered in the air around her, falling towards the ground before disappearing from sight entirely. She'd known that her strike would end it - the system wouldn't allow it to happen any other way, even if there were some creatures that could regenerate. Still, there as a relief to be felt when the expectations actually came true, allowing her to step back and revel in the safety that came with the end of a conflict. "Hmm...? It's no problem, at all. Truly, I'm glad I was able to help...I know how sometimes the past can hold us back, and not all

  7. The day had begun with a matter of haste. Nari had spend her time combing the floors for anything that could be useful - an action that would likely help in the coming fight, but had also left her missing a few vital pieces that she'd only just been reminded that she needed. "We're not late yet...we're not late yet...we're not-" "You are, without a doubt, late..." The voice came across the room with a hint of humour attached to it - poking fun as much as it was pointing out the truth. Nari felt herself snarl in response, but ignored the comment, instead turning to her work.
